Associating
with CVI˛
To
apply to become a CVI˛ associate, follow these steps: - View
all of this website,
reading
the content under each home page menu subtitle.
- Pay special attention to menu Associates > Is CVI˛ for You?
- Go to menu Documents > Downloads.
- Fill in Documents 06, 08, 13, 15. Documents 08 and 15 require
only a
signature.
- Prepare
and e-mail the other documents requested by Document 13, to cvi2@cvi2.org
- Formulate a draft tagline or simplified mission statement, preferably beginning
with an
‘ing’ word,
for example, ‘Enabling visionaries to transform
communities.' Send this in an email message to CVI˛
- Call CVI˛ co-director, Dr. Richard Reves, by telephone at
951.303.0136
- When instructed to do so, mail printed copies of all the above document.
