Coming along side of men and women in need and recovery

Susan started serving youth and inner-city families in 1996 in Ohio. Later they started working with an international organization assisting college students with their needs.  After investigating opportunities, she moved to San Diego to come alongside of underprivileged families, working through local community services.

Upon getting married in 2008, Susan joined forces with her husband, Larry, to serve families in recovery and in need through a 12 Step program and outreach. Together they have been able to multiply and grow this outreach, along with providing practical assistance and
mentorship through community services.

This outreach now works under the name “Full Circle” at a new location in Vista, California, as Larry and she merge into non-profit organization. Together with their team members, they seek to extend a helping hand to those who want to better their lives by growing spiritually and by applying the 12 step process in their life. Through serving others, it is their hope that everything would come around full circle, as they whom they serve begin to do the same with others, in turn. This outreach provides a family environment of food, fellowship, talk and small group meetings that provide growth through authenticity.

Larry and Susan also plan to start another outreach to expand by offering other kinds of outreaches, including a resource center that connects those in need with the right avenues to assist them. They will continue to network and support the efforts of local community resources.  Their new center would offer practical assistance, household items, clothes and work resources, remaining available for sponsorship, mentorship and practical assistance on site or at others locations, as, in fact, they already do.
